One of the busiest weeks in P-Town with everything from dance parties to fairs and of course the annual parade. Carnival was created by the Provincetown Business Guild in 1978 and is P-Town’s original summer party celebration of LGBTQ+ community, expression, and visibility.
The weeklong festival attracts tens of thousands of guests from all over the world to enjoy fun-filled parties, events, costume contests and the celebrated Carnival parade down Commercial Street downtown.
