The easiest bet is to ask your taxi driver to call and get exact directions before heading out. The gayborhood in Beijing is pretty much built around Destination Club, which is the best Beijing gay club for a night of dancing fun! Set over four floors, they boast a new lighting system, large dance floor with several bar areas, and very reasonably priced drinks, plus a lounge and rest area on other floors. Close by, you'll find Kai Club—a charmingly clandestine gay bar that's perfect for pre-drinks before your big night out in Beijing. Found in a cozy basement, it exudes a super private, underground vibe that feels like a hidden gem. This cash-only spot is a blast from the past, so come prepared with some yuan in your pocket. Another popular queer-friendly bar is Dada Bar, where queer magic happens every night! This dancing haven boasts regular DJ sets that will have you dancing till dawn spinning pop and dance hits, hosting captivating art and cultural events, and even movie screenings for when you need a chill night out. If you are on a budget, Jujiao Yanyi Bar is a very casual gay bar in the basement of the Golden Sun Commercial Hotel of Beijing, which usually attracts mostly Chinese locals. Cocktails are pretty cheap here with no entry fee with a following for the drag shows and karaoke nights during the weekends.
