Betty & Joan's London

Meet Betty & Joan’s, South London’s freshest addition to the queer nightlife scene, bringing a splash of camp and comedy to the heart of Elephant Park. Just a five-minute walk from Elephant & Castle Station, this lively spot blends the best of a neighborhood gay bar with the energy of a full-on cabaret club.

Inside, expect drag with attitude, comedy with bite, and cocktails with a kick. The cabaret stage hosts an ever-changing lineup of UK drag royalty, belting, lip-syncing, and bingo-calling their way through the night.

And when the wigs come off, the laughs keep rolling: Betty & Joan’s is also the proud home of the UK’s first LGBTQ+ stand-up comedy club, serving punchlines five nights a week.

Behind the bar, the drinks are as fabulous as the crowd. Sip one of their signature cocktails or try Betty & Joan’s Funny Juice, the bar’s very own beer on tap.

Whether you’re here for a drag show, a laugh, or a laid-back pint with friends, this spot is already making a name for itself as South London’s new queer headquarters.
