Twin Cities Pride Festival 2025 (Minneapolis Pride)

This is the chance to promote, loudly and proudly, self-affirmation, dignity, equality rights, and visibility with over 300,000 other Pride supporters in Minneapolis.

Pride Festival - June 27 - 29

• One of the largest FREE Pride festivals in the U.S.
• Over 650 vendors repping LGBTQ+ & BIPOC communities, artists, makers, and resources.
• 3 stages of non-stop LGBTQ+ entertainment—think music, drag, and unforgettable performances.
• Pro tip: It gets busy. Like, really busy. Get there early or risk missing the glitter.
• Skip the parking headaches—walk, bike, ride-share, or hop on public transport like a Pride pro.

Pride Parade - Sunday, June 29

Cue the confetti—this is the main event!

• When: 11 am – 2 pm (Central Time)
• Parade kicks off at 3rd & Hennepin, rolls down Hennepin Ave, and finishes at Spruce.
• Bring your flags, fans, and fiercest outfits—this is your runway babes.

Rainbow 5K Run & Rainbow Dash - Sunday, June 29

Because even glitter looks better at a sprint.

• 5K Start: 9 am CST
• Kid’s Dash: 10:45 am CST

5K Route:

• Start at MCTC on Hennepin Ave.
• Sprint toward the Mississippi, flip it, and dash back to MCTC.

Kid’s Rainbow Dash:

• Tiny runners, big energy.
• Just two blocks—11th to Spruce on Hennepin.

Minneapolis Gay Bars

The Black Hart of Saint Paul - Popular gay sports bar, features live sports, delicious bar food, happy hours with weekly events from drag shows, bingo nights, and karaoke.

Bryant-Lake Bowl & Theater - Smaller cabaret theater hosting unique cabaret shows for the Minneapolis drag lovers.

Camp Bar - A stylish gay bar where LGBTQ+ crowds enjoy sports on large TV screens, pool, with regular cabaret performances and comedy nights.

The Saloon - The longest running gay dance club in the city for the LGBTQ+ community, with themed nights, karaoke, and drag extravaganzas.

eagleBOLTbar - Gay leather bar that is popoular with locals and packed during Pride. Great happy hours and daddies.
