Southern Colorado has enjoyed a robust pride tradition for over 3 decades, and this is the second year under the management of Pikes Peak Pride. Pride weekend Colorado Springs draws thousands of people each year to participate in a weekend-long extravaganza of parades, parties, and performances in the picturesque city of Colorado Springs in the United States.

Festival - June 14 - 15

Pikes Peak Pride is a two-day community event expected to gather thousands of LGBTQ+ visitors and allies together from across the state of Colorado and the Pikes Peak Region into downtown Colorado Springs. There will be two full days of vendor booths, food trucks, beer garden and high energy entertainment to include a fabulous parade on Sunday. The festivities will be held at Alamo Square Park.

Pride Parade - Sunday, June 15 @ 11 am

The Pride Parade will be the highlight on Sunday, southbound on Tejon Street from Platte Avenue to Vermijo Street, marching through downtown and then ending at Alamo Square Park to continue the festivities and finish off the weekend with a bang! So, get all of your fabulous rainbow apparel and flags ready to celebrate Pikes Peak Pride in Colorado Springs this year. The Colorado Springs gay bars will also be throwing events and Pride parties afterwards.

Retro Lounge, founded by Club Q survivors, brings new blood to the city and is one of the happening LGBTQ+ spots in town.

Pikes Peak Pride honors the active and diverse achievements of the lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender communities of Colorado. In its early years, the event was a small gathering of like-minded individuals who wanted to create a space for themselves in a society that was largely hostile to their existence. Over the years, the event has grown in size and scope, but it has never lost sight of its original mission. This is an opportunity for all LGBTQ+ Coloradans to celebrate our achievements and remind the world that we exist while raising awareness within the communities.
