Brussels Pride Weekend 2025

Brussels Pride promises to be a colorful and exuberant celebration of LGBTQ+ culture, with a lively parade, exciting events, and a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

The Pride weekend Brussels festivities kick off with a rainbow-lit street party in the heart of the city. This is the perfect opportunity to mingle with locals and visitors alike, as you dance to the beat of the top-notch DJs and soak up the festive atmosphere. The party will continue late into the night, so make sure to wear your most comfortable dancing heels!

Event Details

The main event is the Brussels Gay Pride Parade. This year's parade is going to be better than ever, with dozens of floats and thousands of participants taking to the streets in a vibrant display of LGBTQ+ pride. The parade will wind its way through the city center, passing by some of Brussels' most iconic landmarks and monuments, including the Grand Place, the Manneken Pis, and the Royal Palace.

Along the parade route, you'll be treated to a colorful spectacle of costumes, music, and dancing. There will be plenty of opportunities to join in the fun, with street performers, drag performers, and LGBTQ+ activists inviting you to dance and sing along. As the parade reaches its final destination near the Mont des Arts, the celebrations will continue with a massive open-air party, featuring live music, food, and drinks.

Throughout the weekend, there will also be a number of other events taking place, including art exhibitions and panel discussions on LGBTQ+ issues. Whether you're interested in learning more about queer culture, making new friends, or just having a good time, there's something for everyone at Brussels Pride.

Why Go

But perhaps the best thing about Brussels Pride is the sense of community and inclusivity that permeates every aspect of the festival. Whether you're a member of the LGBTQ+ community or an ally, everyone is welcome to join in the fun and show their support for equality and diversity. So come on down to Brussels and experience the joy and energy of one of Europe's vibrant and colorful pride festivals. We'll see you there!

Festival - May 16 - 18

Brussels hosts over a week of pride festivities which will host conferences, debates, socials, parties, and other activities around themes that are dear to the LGBTQ+ community. The events are much more tailored to the political side of pride. Most of the events will be held around the city center and the Gay Village/Quartier Saint-Jacques (site only in Dutch and French).

Pride Parade - Saturday, May 17

Brussels Pride Parade kicks off at the Mont des Arts. After the community speeches and presentations, the Pride Parade will take to the streets of the Brussels city center, winding through the heart of downtown. It then makes its way to the Pride Village, where you will feel the uplifting atmosphere and excitement as it then takes over to the streets of the Rainbow Village (the gay area of Brussels) and the rest of the day/night will be celebrating pride and all of what our community stands for!
